It feels great to get back to blogging baseball! I shot my first game since getting home from Europe, and I caught a good, busy, exciting night to break me in. 

There were several story lines from the game – celebs in the house beforehand, Kevin Youkilis returning to Fenway as a Chicago White Sox, a beautiful summer night falling over Fenway Park, and some late inning home run heroics from Adrian Gonzales to seal a Red Sox win – and I was proud of myself for getting some good shots from each of them.

This game’s “Thing I Learned”: Such is the beauty of roaming throughout the stadium during the game. I’m totally mobile, and can focus on several things at the same time if I choose to. That’s something one doesn’t get from shooting in the pits the entire game.
