Photos: Pedro Martinez Inducted Into Hall of Fame at Cooperstown.

I’m back in Boston after an incredible couple of days in Cooperstown, New York, where I was sent to shoot the 2015 Baseball Hall of Fame induction weekend. Former Red Sox pitcher, Pedro Martinez, was inducted as a member of the class of 2015 alongside Craig Biggio, John Smoltz, and Randy Johnson.

This was my first visit to Cooperstown, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. I quickly learned that the weekend was going to be a busy one, with seemingly one event, press conference, parade, private party, or appearance happening after the other. It was exhausting, but also an experience I won’t forget for quite some time.

It was neat to be around so many legends of the game at one time, particularly some that I grew up watching.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to have gone! Here is a gallery of photos from the weekend in Cooperstown, as well as the number retirement ceremony back here at Fenway Park.

Here is a gallery of photos from the start of the 2015 Fenway Summer Concert Series.

The Foo Fighters put on two great shows in front of a sold out Fenway Park this weekend, so I was on hand to document both of them.

I had a great time shooting these, even though Foo Fighters lead singer Dave Grohl had to perform a stationary show due to a broken leg. At least his throne looked super cool.

Video: ECNL Soccer – This Is Why We Play.

This is a video I shot, edited, and produced for the Elite Clubs National Soccer (ECNL) league during their most recent tournament in Seattle, Washington.

The initial concept was to produce a piece showing the sport of soccer as a journey through life and all of it’s stages. The goal was to illustrate, through soccer imagery, that although life takes you through ups and downs along the way, what matters most is how you respond. This video is catered to an audience of middle school through high school aged girls.

The piece combines DSLR HD video footage with GoPro footage captured on a DJI Phantom 2 drone. The script, which I wrote, is narrated by the commissioner of the soccer league.

I welcome any thoughts, comments, criticisms, suggestions, etc. you may have! Enjoy!

Boston Red Sox Photos: Sunday, July 12, 2015 vs. New York Yankees.

Here are a few quick images from the last game of the first half of the 2015 season. I don’t have much time to post, but it’s hard to believe we’re already halfway through.

More to come soon on the first half and looking forward to the second!

The New York Yankees are in town for what has turned out to be a huge mid-season series against the Boston Red Sox. The Sox, struggling for the majority of the first half of the season, find themselves just several games behind the first place Yankees after an early summer surge.

Alex Rodriguez set the tone early with a solo home run in the first inning, as the Yankees got the best of Boston in game one.

More baseball to come on this last weekend before the All-Star break.

Boston Red Sox Photos: Wednesday, July 8, 2015 vs. Miami Marlins.

Here are some photos from Wednesday night’s game agains the Miami Marlins. This win marked the first time the Sox have won four games in a row all season.

Let’s hope the good baseball continues in an important series against the Yankees this weekend!

Boston Red Sox Photos: Mo’ne Davis Throws Out First Pitch.

Here are a few quick images from yesterday’s pre-game ceremonies at Fenway Park, as Little League World Series sensation, Mo’Ne Davis, threw out the ceremonial first pitch.

Pretty cool to have her and the rest of the Anderson Monarchs team in the house!

Boston Red Sox Photos: Sunday, July 5, 2015 vs. Houston Astros.

A little late, but here are some photos from Sunday’s Red Sox win against the Houston Astros.

Felt great to have the team win the series!

Boston Red Sox Photos: Saturday, July 4, 2015 vs. Houston Astros.

Clay Buchholz pitched a complete game gem yesterday, allowing just one run in the ninth inning to propel the Red Sox to a solid July 4th win over the Houston Astros.

A good day all around for photos! The atmosphere is always great at the park on July 4th.

More baseball today!

Boston Red Sox Photos: Friday, July 3, 2015 vs. Houston Astros.

Yesterday was a crazy one here at Fenway Park. Before the game, fans were treated to an incredible display by the US Navy SEALS Leapfrog Team, who parachuted their way into the stadium and landed in center field. I decided to shoot the ceremony from straight away center field, which turned out to be a great decision. The photos worked out really well for me.

The game itself was a back and forth battle, with lead changes seemingly every inning. Ultimately, the Red Sox fell short in ten innings, but it was an entertaining game to photograph. If they had been able to pull out the win, the fireworks display after the game would have been the perfect ending to a great night overall.

More baseball today! Happy 4th of July!
