Here are some photos of mine from the annual WEEI-NESN Jimmy Fund Telethon held at Fenway Park. The two day event brings athletes, executives, owners, celebrities, cancer patients and survivors together to raise funds for cancer research.
This year, the telethon raised over three million dollars.
It was neat to be inside the studio, where I got to listen in on some conversations and interviews with some really interesting people. At one point, as you’ll see above, I found myself inside the studio with the owners of the five major sports franchises here in Boston. That was some good company.
Great work by all involved on this important cause!
